Alexandra Foster

Photography

Alexandra Foster is a photographer that utilizes alternative processes to explore the concepts of time, loss, and the preservation of memory. By using symbols and naturally decomposing elements, she finds herself studying the decay of living and artificial objects. She received her BFA in Photography with a minor in communications from the University of Colorado Denver. If she isn’t documenting live events such as concerts, she is using analog photography, cyanotypes, and salted paper printing to display her hometown of Denver and the surroundings around her.
